Flow Like Water : End of Year Reset - December 2023

Join Cami Arboles, movement artist and founder of MBS Collective, for a 5-day retreat and reset experience at Palm Heights. This retreat is intended to bring together people of various creative disciplines for a week of movement, reflection, and intention setting as 2023 comes to a close and 2024 begins.

Each day will feature a yoga class, meditation, and journaling + manifestation session led by Cami. There will also be two open-level pole dance workshop offerings. These classes will emphasize that pole dance is an art form highlighting athleticism, creativity, and selfempowerment. The aim of this retreat is to create a safe space for us to connect, share goals and reflections, and heal through the power of movement.
